UV Ends The Year With A Bang!

Yes, UV had a hectic, tight-scheduled week last week juggling 4 events at the same time but of course we never say no to what we love to do as we planned on ending the year with a bang! Juggling the Nazmi Event, Year End Showcase Opening and Closing and Laneige at the same time was of course hard work.

To do all the drapings, decors and details for Nazmi in just 5 days was our biggest challenge but it ended up a big success with compliments from the client, guests and HRH herself. The Laneige Event and the Year End Showcase Opening Ceremony was a success as well but what better way to end not only the hectic week but also the year with the Year End Showcase Closing Night by performing our bollywood number, Mehbooba, in the drizzling rain. The crowd was awesome with their undying support and cheers and it just motivated us to give our all into the performance.

So there it is, our last performance for the year. We have to say that it has been our greatest year so far and it wouldn't have been without the help of our generous sponsors, EGO and Laneige, our loyal clients who never stopped believing and having faith in us, Pat & Siva, Studio Scene Staffs, families, friends and loved ones of the UV members, our dedicated fans and photographers and of course, the mastermind behind it all, Mr. Daniel Cabrera aka Coach D.

Congrats UV! We made it this far...

On Monday, Coach D left for Philippines and UV went to the airport to send him off. But before he did he gave us an 'extra' christmas present! Haha. Bless you dan and many thanks! <3

Laneige KB 1st Year Anniversary

Even with having our hands full with the Nazmi project, we always have time for our generous makeup sponsor, Laneige, as they celebrate their 1st year anniversary for their KB branch. Four members of UV; Caro, Kai, Alfie and Marc took a fast roadtrip to kb to perform/model for the event while the rest work on the project here in brunei-muara. After performing Fire Burning and Single Ladies for the opening and closing, they rushed back to continue work till late night at Nazmi. Here're some pictures found on the net.

Nazmi's Opening Ceremony for Tanjung Bunut Branch

UV was hired to an events management project by Nazmi Textile Mall and Home Decor for the opening of their new branch which was held last sunday. We were asked to set up two venues which were the 2nd floor and the huge high-ceiling tent in front of the store with only 5 days to finish everything and believe it or not there was only 7 of us. On the day itself UV was honored to be the ushers for the princess at the event. Here are some before and after pics, enjoyyy!!
